ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our couriers will deliver to any address in mainland uk.
No signatures are currently required on delivery in order to avoid customers staying in all day but instructions must be given to us on how to deliver if no one is present at the delivery address. These instructions must be emailed to chris@farmcider.co.uk when making an order. Please make instructions clear ie - leave in garage, next door. These instructions will be given to the courier. In the email please include all details of the order and desired delivery date.
We require from the buyer a name, address,email and mobile telephone number of the person responsible for buying the cider. The buyer must be over 18 years of age. A different delivery address may be used however the person receiving it must be over 18 years of age. If we have reason to believe the cider is being purchased for an individual under the age of 18 we will inform you of this information and will refund any money taken. The buyers details enables us to be able to contact the buyer to confirm the order has been dispatched. To reduce road miles we currently pack and send out the cider every Tuesday. The courier will be able to deliver the next day on the wednesday. In exceptional circumstances the cider may be delivered on the Thursday. The deadline for ordering the cider is 12.00pm on the monday before the Tuesday packing day.
Once the transaction has been completed and the payment has been received an email or text will be sent as a confirmation of dispatch. Each parcel is able to be tracked by us and if there is a problem then you will be contacted by either the courier company or by us.
Orders are subject to availablity of stock. In the unlikely event of the product being advertised on the website and there are no stocks all money will be returned or a different delivery date can be arranged.

PLEASE NOTE THE LAST DELIVERY DATE IN 2008 IS 17TH DECEMBER. LAST ORDER DATE IS 12.00PM ON MONDAY 15TH DECEMBER. THE FIRST ORDER DATE IN 2009 IS 5TH JANUARY
